There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism; there is one God and Father of all people, who is Lord of all. Eph 4:5-6

Perfect Union

The mystery of trinity that is beyond the comprehension of human mind exists right from the beginning of the creation, “And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, ‘Let there be light’; and there was light.” (Gen 1:2-3) Perfect union that surpasses the understanding of the human mind, God demonstrated at the time of His Son’s baptism here on earth, “and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, ‘This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.’” (Mt 3:16-17). Worshippers of this Triune God should bow down to this mystery as enlightened by Paul, the apostle, “There is one body and one Spirit, just as there is one hope to which God has called you. There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism; there is one God and Father of all people, who is Lord of all, works through all, and is in all.” (Eph 4:4-6). The plan of God perfected by His Son’s mission on earth, fulfilled His declaration of the Spirit’s reign amidst the first followers, who met with the condition of the perfect union, “When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.” (Acts 2:1-3). Let’s imitate the perfect union that created everything on earth, that demands perfect union among all the believers.

Abba, we bow down before the Perfect Oneness, let your Spirit help us be in one accord, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
