And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, will Himself restore you, secure you, strengthen you, and establish you. 1 Pet 5:10

Strengthening Grace

Relying on Him can only revive our strength and keep our healing and victory assured; hence a reminder has been given by Peter never to give up our hope, “And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore you, secure you, strengthen you, and establish you” (1 Pet 5:10). The Word of God that created the universe echoes eternally to strengthen our will and releases glorious healing, as Isaiah himself shares in his prophesy, “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint” (Is 40:31). Together with the Psalmist, the humble shepherd, let’s sing and pray and remain blessed, and be a blessing to many, “He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle’s!” (Ps 103:5).

Abba, Thank you for extending your strengthening grace when I am weak. Let Your Spirit strengthen me that we may heal the world, in Jesus’ holy name, Amen.
