We should never doubt or mistrust the loving kindness of our Heavenly Father, who generously blesses His children every day. As children we can cling on to Him for blessings based on the promises He has kept in store for us to enjoy, “I am giving you a promise now while the seed is still in the barn. You have not yet harvested your grain, and your grapevines, fig trees, pomegranates, and olive trees have not yet produced their crops. But from this day onward I will bless you” (Haggai 2:19). Half of human lives is wasted on worries, tensions, fears, and uncertainties; hence Christ taught us the mystery of living-one-day-at-a-time happily, “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Mt 6:34). Even amidst enough challenges, Paul experienced peace and writes to his beloved followers of Christ to take courage, “No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it” (1 Cor 10:13). Let’s embrace each other to support, strengthen, and give confidence for there is always a new dawn. 

Abba, thank You for the faith in the new dawn. Let your Spirit help us believe that You always choose to bless us, for we are Your children, in Christ’s Most Mighty Name, Amen.
