Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God. Ps 143:10

Knowing His Will

The primary duty of every believer, should be requesting from God in prayer, His will for him, as the Psalmist prayed, “Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness” (Ps 143:10). The necessity of prayer is what is very important, so that we can get guidance, as David also prayed, “I spread out my hands to You; My soul longs for You like a thirsty land” (Ps 143:6). The Prophet strengthens our faith by his revelation, that God would help us with any situations, “You gave Your good Spirit to instruct them, Your manna You did not withhold from their mouth, And You gave them water for their thirst” (Neh 9:20). May we believe in His providence forever.

Abba, Thank you for Leading us everyday. Let Your Spirit enlighten us, and guide us, so that we may never fail. In Jesus’ Most Glorious Name, Amen.
