My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. 2 Cor 12:9

Supply of Strength

Physical exhaustion and mental strain may leave us weak and tired, but if we understand the spiritual lessons of life, shared by Paul, we can take courage, for our Lord rushes to support us and strengthen us, because only He knows our true needs: “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.’” (2 Cor 12:9). Paul also sympathises with us, and offers a sincere prayer that we may be supported by His Spirit: “I pray that out of the riches of His glory, He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being” (Ephe 3:16). Prophet Daniel also was in need of help and assistance, that God provided and filled his heart with peace: “He said, ‘O man of high esteem, do not be afraid. Peace be with you; take courage and be courageous!’ Now as soon as he spoke to me, I received strength and said, ‘May my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.’” (Dan 10:19). Let’s earnestly set our prayers before God, who definitely supplies us with His strength.

Abba, thank You for always protecting us and strengthening us. Let Your Spirit keep us hopeful at any situations. In Jesus’ Most Miraculous Name, Amen.
