Due to unforeseen circumstances when we undergo a temporary loss of health and wealth, we cry and suffer. There is nothing that God whom we worship and trust cannot restore back to normal. That is why it is important that we need to bring our situation to the Lord, who alone can make us prosper again. The psalmist suggests that we pray to be prosperous again:  “How I pray that victory will come to Israel from Zion. How happy the people of Israel will be when the Lord makes them prosperous again!” (Ps 14:7). May we look toward the mercy and power of God to restore our health and well-being once again.

Abba, thank You for going to make us prosper again. Let Your Spirit pray along with us to receive good health and well-being, in Jesus’ Most Powerful Name, Amen.
