Any one who is really concerned about his sinfulness should stop taking efforts on his own, because it is impossible for any man to save himself or others from sins. The only way we can be saved is by the One who God sent to save. The announcement of the angel states it very clearly that it is for this purpose Jesus was born on earth: "She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins." (Mt 1:21). Let us approach Him with repentance and pray that He may save us from all our sins.

Abba, Thank you so much for sending Your Son to save us from our sins. Let Your Spirit bring close to Him whenever we need deliverance, in Jesus’ most forgiving Name, Amen.
