He knew that the coming days are going to be hard and challenging for their faith; hence Jesus took with Him three of His apostles, Peter, James and John, and had them witness His divine nature: “As the men watched, Jesus’ appearance was transformed so that his face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as light” (Mt 17:2). By transfiguring before them, He helped them transformed in their faith. We all have areas that are needed to be transformed in our lives, especially in our body, soul and spirit. May we plead with the One, who originally formed us, that He help us with the necessary transformation for us to become confident, strong and renewed.

Abba, Thank You for inviting us to transformation. Let Your Spirit enable us to attain the necessary transformation, In Jesus’ Most Powerful Name, Amen.
