We find it difficult to fulfil the promises we make, because situations change as days pass by. But it is not the same with God, who never abandons or neglects the promises He makes in any situations. Hence, we can rely and depend on Him, whom we adore and worship, for our protection and blessings, as the psalmist sings: “You will do everything you have promised; Lord, your love is eternal. Complete the work that you have begun.” (Ps 138:8). Let our hearts celebrate, for we would definitely receive according to the One who always keeps His promises.

Abba, Thank You for giving and keeping promises. Let Your Spirit make us depend upon Your promises of blessings, In Jesus’ Most Blessed Name, Amen.
