So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. 1 Cor 10:31

Everything for Him

Every day we engage ourselves in various activities, like eating, drinking, speaking, riding, working and so on. But do we question the motives behind all these activities, or is there enough thought of God in performing these daily activities. We should acknowledge Him who gives us life and nourishment, and make our activities permeated with the thought of glorifying Him, as Paul, the apostle recommends: “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God” (1 Cor 10:31). “Whatever we do” means all and everything, the list is unending and seems infinite; and every act we perform can and should keep glorifying the Name of the One who created us, sustains us and leads us to success and blessing. May we wear this beautiful attitude in our daily walk of faith and enjoy communion with Him who desires our fellowship.

Abba, Thank You for inviting us to give You glory. Let Your Spirit make us celebrate each moment in praising Your benevolence, In Jesus’ Most Loving Name, Amen.
