I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb

Glimpse of Heaven

The word “heaven” means different for people, depending upon the area or upon the field of study they look into. Scientists have attempted to comprehend the complexity of the mystery in the sky by setting up huge telescopes on the crest of the earth. In their next attempt, they developed spaceships that carry astronauts for the experiment and knowledge. Alas, their scope and reach are highly confined and very much limited. The provision that God has for His anointed ones should stun the world by listening to the description of their personal perceptions: “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands.” (Rev 7:9). What John saw in Heaven compels us to recall the commission that Jesus gave before His departure: “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8). May we sincerely strive to make disciples of all nations, tribes, peoples and tongues, for that is one of the most important tasks that are entrusted with us. Pray that He may shower His powerful anointing that we cross the borders and penetrate with the spread of the good news.

Abba, Thank You so much for including all nations, tribes, peoples and tongues in Your Kingdom. Let Your Spirit give courage to get out of our comfort zones and spread the gospel to the unreached overseas, In Jesus’ Most Powerful Name, Amen.
